Stories of Resilience from Bob Harper’s visit to Nashville, TN

Bob: Being a survivor and then being the caregivers of a heart attack survivor, you realize even more how precious life is. Today we have right here and we have right now.
Speaker 2: I flat lined twice, so manual CPR twice, and I had to be shocked 15 times.

Speaker 3:
I even did a videotape before I went into surgery and posted it in case I didn't make it. What are my last words going to be?
Bob: Oh wow.
Speaker 3: I wanted them to be positive and encouraging words.
Speaker 4: You wake up and life has changed.
Speaker 5: On the 14th day, I sat and I thought, "It's been two weeks since I've heard his voice."

Male: I felt very vulnerable and upset and angry and all of that. But I'm very practical, and to me it was, "Okay, I can do this."
